Many men, women and their families have sacrificed for the cause of freedom. We invite Veterans, families, residents and visitors to join us for our weekly beach event at sunrise called Sunrise On Sunday held throughout the summer season in North Wildwood, NJ , Lou Booth Amphitheater . Each week Deb Moore officiates as a casket flag of a decorated Veteran is raised at sunrise representing our honor to ALL Veterans as we give thanks to God for our freedoms.

WHEN: Every Sunday at sunrise during the summer season Memorial Day - Labor Day weekend we raise the casket flag of a Veteran to honor and remember of ALL Veterans. Set your alarm clock, the service begins 10 minutes after sunrise. WHAT: This 20 minute tribute and inspirational message takes place at the most beautiful vista on the Jersey shore. Photo Ops galore! WHERE: North Wildwood seawall at the Lou Booth Amphitheater, Flag Pole. Parking: Street parking free prior up to 9am plus a lot on Surf Avenue a short 1/2 block from the event.
Weather Policy: The Flag Raising Ceremony is weather permitting as Veteran Casket Flags are not for all-weather. We will post cancellations within a half hour of the scheduled service on the website Weekly Schedule page.
